About #HealMeToo Festival & Podcast

In Spring '19 at NYC’s West Village IRT Theater, the first-ever #HealMeToo Festival brought together over 50 artists and experts for three weeks in 30 performances, panels, podcast tapings, and participatory workshops. In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we created an intersectional space to celebrate healing, inspire conversation and spark cultural change. In Fall of 2019 and continuing throughout 2020, #HealMeToo Festival Popup Events are continuing the conversation.

During the Festival, we also held 5 live podcast tapings of panel discussions, which launched the #HealMeToo Podcast, hosted by Hope Singsen, the survivor-activist who founded the Festival. Catch up on Season 1 on Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts—and get ready for Season 2, which launches on Valentine’s Day 2020!
